ReplyDeleteswitch your squad to assault mode. they might be on recon. if there on recon they wont shoot until fired upon but with assault they shoot what they see

hey its me again. Getting into the copter at the extraction point is now proving ridiculous. Ive set action to F6 (jst a random key), but i dont know whether i need tosomething else as well, as although its telling me to press F6, when i do nothing happens. Do i have to be looking somewhere?

Well the game is very difficult. It lacks more health stations. You can't save the game at any time during play. And I don't know of any solider who doesn't go prone. The lack of not going prone takes away the realistic value of the game

Hello I just got this game and i have played like three mission till now and i have acheived all three missions. I am stuck on mission #4 where it starts off by creating a diversion (PS2). I have been able to accomplish that task but after that the missions new objective is to "Demo the building" i cant seem to find any demo on me or ramirez who is following me. Please can someone help i have been playing that same mission for the past four days and cannot seem to finish it. Please help!!!!!!

ReplyDelete"There are 2 types of C4 in this game, the weapon type that takes up an equipment slot, and the mythical Hammer space C4. This is a case of Hammer space C4. It's not the weapon C4 you equip, but rather just other stuff. Just head up to that building and you should be able to press the L1 trigger to set the C4. You probably have to command your buddy to do the same, but once commanded, he should do it automatically also.
This happens in other levels also. Just because you are not carrying the weapon C4, does not mean you don't have C4 for mission requirements."

I am having some problems... I am on the mission Guardrail IX. I go about on the rooftops and when I reach the part where I can go no further(due to boundries) and the tanks can not go any further. Where am I supposed to go?

hi, I'm on this mission where you have to lead the tanks to get re-fueled....I can get the tanks there but I can't seem to get past that point....I've done everything possible....obviously except the right thing.....but I can't get past that point. It seems as though it is timed or something cause after a while the "mission failed" screen comes up....please help...playing on ps2....thanks

I am stuck in the second mission. Where i have to protect vip1 and 2. There`s a house, where the helicopter lands on the roof and i have to re-equip and take out tanks. I need to use this zeus rocket launcher or something, but i can`t find it nowhere. The weapons in heli are only snaiper rifle and these other ones, two with grenade launchers, but no anti tank weapons. Thank you for your help!

ReplyDeleteyou should have entered a multi-storey garage with vip 2, once you've fended off the enemy attacks, and saved the vip2, head to the top of the garage roof, where an ammo kit and the Zeus MPAR are waiting. Crouch and head to the edge. Throw a smoke grenade at the tank, and once the smoke grenade goes off, take out the tank with the Zeus. careful though There is another tank to the right of that one.

Yeah maybe I'm a deedeedee, but I can't freakin' find Ontiveros, or however you spell it. I'm on mission 9 on the regular Xbox, and I'm at the part where I have tank support, I've cleared out the palace place, and there's a gate I can't get past, and there's no way to get to the objective marker, it's all blocked off. Help pl0x?

hey ive got a bit of a problem. im on the guardrail mission and i get to the second save point where it tells you to go after the guardrail instead of "Football". it tells me to go to the drop point and when i get there the helicopter gets stuck on a fence or a tree and its not allowing me to advance any farther in the level. i downloaded the latest patch hoping that it was a glitch ont he primary version but it still does it. any ideas on what to do?

taking your sweet time, walk as far north as you can go, then reach drop point, evidence this might not work at all...
throwing grenades at the tree, helicopter moves but dosen't "unstick" itself,
and thats it!!!!
If you consider the helicopter is merely a 3d object on a predefined path set by the programmer, something is altering that path, camera angle? your proximity to flight path? otherwise it would land properly... I can't figure it, i'm sorry!

It's been said a lot. This game needs a "save" function. It's too tedious to play otherwise. Perhaps on a top of the line system the delay between moving the mouse and seeing movement on the screen is acceptable but on a medium capable machine the response is too sluggish.

Yeah, I had that problem when the game first came out... with the rubble that is. I may not provide the best details as its been awhile, but there is a ladder you have to climb to a roof to get across. Its not too far from where you had to plant the demo, i think there's a fence right by it... good luck
