Ok. I'll leave you two guys sort it out. Her surprise hit didn't surprise me at all... feck.. I had just been born, and the dictatorship was only 4 years before that....

Unknown said...

...however had the speakers been placed close to your cot, while you slept and your dad had suddenly pumped up the volume, im pretty sure you would have been surprised.....

Let's not forget that the lovely Kate did do a video that presented her good self as an unborn foetus... or are the residual chemicals from my shameful pharmaceutical past rearing their ugly head once more...
BTW!! Where has my frankly hard looking avatar disappeared to??
I need pictorial presence!
Plus Elderly, Deitrix and I have been conversing regularly in real time... He (quite frankly rightly) suggests that if we all had AOL IM we could international hilarious dialogue... (Me,you, him and gnome all exchanging our bullshit in real time... he likened it to sitting round in a virtual bar... not exclusive... Any of our (three) readers could join in! What do you think?
(Pours Elderly a large glass of Gnome's tequila and falls off his barstool..) Scooped up by 'care in the community' nurses and dragged off to his padded cell where he is played a selection of seasonal festive tunes and KB favourites...

Oh my Elderly, you're absolutely correct, and I definitely am LOLing. Great!

Father Krishna, you do understand that this would be the end of any productivity we might have...

(finishes rumaging through the carpet pile for FC's blogger photo....) dunno i'ts not here... ya musta lost it on the way... over......

indeed imming and aoling are dynamically beautiful gadegeterixes.. of which at present i am bereft off having erased imming for spying on me.... is there no conveniently appointed porny chatroom available.... one wonders.... not being expert in such matters.... cough!!!

meanwhile indeed i do remember the foetal imagery, burned in my primordial consciousness it is..... having as you may remember seen her first... erm... earlier....

I'm still wondering wher my gun toting baldy noggin has disappeared to... HMMM...
What d'ya mean you've erased your IM potential for "spying on you"??
Get your IM potential right now so we can instantly chat shit with one another! It's a demand not a request!!
Otherwise I might have to sit here and s--l myself...
Hmmm? HMMM???
Oh WTF!! I'm worrying you again aren't I Elderly??
LOL!!! hehe!!

no, im just concerned the psychiatric nurse will hear us talking again.... i dunno bout you but theres only so much frontal lobotomy a guy can take. ...

instant messenger is a def no no for me.... bloody thing had has so many options flying a 747 would be less intimidating, plus the buggering software was not reporting my "availability" but updating itself without warning me.... erased it's sorry ass of my pc, and still it's entrails keep poppin up the most unlikely places.....

Nuff said!
Recent events have enlightened me as to how vulnerable one can be in the public arena... And how easily one's views (even on games etc.) can be misinterpreted in the public arena... Jayzus! I'm off!!!
and I think I might be out of the loop for a considerable time to come.... Crikey! HECK! Blimey!!!

Elderly! thank goodness for your patience and tolerance!
(Check's underpants, breathes sigh of relief, cracks a tin of the good stuff and settles into vibrating chair...)
I've been posting drunk (again!!)
Jeez!
However, Now I'm back in yer good books (offer's Elderly a Werther's Original...)
May I MASSIVELY recomend the new release by up-coming Merseyside four piece'The Beatles'?
It's called 'Love' and is a cleverly mixed amalgam of all of their best stuff by George and Giles Martin..
I've no idea wether you've heard of these new-comers but if you like 'em you'll love this! Let me know what you think...

Unknown said...

can't remember you ever falling out of favour on this blog.... perhaps i slept through it,

posting drunk is the way to go, as Samuel Taylor Coledrige found (albeit a different substance abuse) genius comes with complete abandon.....

(holding the werthers original in his hand suspiciously.....) why is it wet and sticky?

fatherkrishna said...

Well it's been in my Grandfather's pocket for a while but he assures me it's only residual atmospheric moisture... Its up to you..
Why don't you suck it and see??
I've said that particular line many times in the past...
With varying degrees of success!
Again I'm a bit tipsy... so I'm off to bed... and probabaly for the best... Although 'Kill Bill' has just got to the good ninja training bit on my telly in the background... Curse you Sky Movies!!

Somebody mentioned Coleridge?

Unknown said...

(places werthers original on sidetable....) i'll wait till it dries out a bit... though i ask should such a heirloom be given away with such abandon, whatabout future generations..... i thank you FC....

I mentioned mr.coleridge, though suddenly Rita has popped into my thinking.... i'll be awake all night now, reminiscing on dear Rita....

(...lost in reverie...)

gnome said...

Rita who?

Unknown said...

I see now. Nothing to do with romantic poets then... No gothic horror and tuberculosis...

Unknown said...

eekkk! tuberculosis........ (washes hands.....) no thankfully miss coleridge though possessing a dark sensuality in both looks and voice... is miles away from being considered a horror

gnome said...

or a romantic vixen... Byron -I'm sure- would have scoffed at her ways and then gang bang her with Shelley and their friends...

Unknown said...

strewth..... egads even...... cant see much good in that, though it may have increased rita's octave range for a short time

gnome said...

Well, guess, it's always nice to me 'em poets....

Unknown said...

(considers the prospect of being mugges and raped by poets.....)

ah no i may have to reconsider......n now female poets on the other hand thats another story ....

Thank God for YouTube. After years of listening to KB's music, I can finally see the her music videos and clips from TV and live performances to understand the true scope of her originality, talent and sheer brilliance. We'll never see her likes again. Indeed, it's a miracle she got the chance she did, all things considered.
One regret I have about KB's career is that she never acted in a major film or TV seris.
Her vast potential as an actor is obvious, i.e., the grace and intelligence; the charisma; the remarkably expressive face (especially those eyes); and the ability to disappear into a wide range of characters. How cool would it have been to see her in a Merchant-Ivory film from their heyday in the 1980s or 1990s? Or to see her in a film by such off-beat directors as Danny Boyle or Stephen Frears? The results, I predict, would be amazing.
