Reviews Summary
Easily the freshest fighting game to come along since "powerstone"
Don't expect to find any incentive to play apart from the source material
Wrap a sensible licencee round a sparkly fighter, you've got a winner
Lacks some depth, that serious fans of the genre may want
A stylish fighting experience, builds depth from simplicity
A licence game actually worth the plastic it's burned on
Feels just like anime, easy to learn hard to master
A rare, fabled game that appeals beyond it's fanbase

I saw the commercial for this game and I must say it looks impressive. I wouldn't mind picking this up, especially since I'm a Naruto fan.

Of course it's impressive... it's NINJA!!

(hums askaninja tune... I'm ninja, you're ninja yada yada)

Unknown said...

interesting set of jutsus there mr.mangaman,......thanks for the link,

Mr.Gnome your talents know no end, obviously honed from years of ganinja training.......how i envy you

(elderly sits motionless mesmerized by the blur of gnomes hands and deafened by gnomes singing)

Anonymous said...

Tehe.. that's the truth... Hard training, and a nomads life, but a (ga)ninja!

Unknown said...

And what a remarkable ganinja you are! I can only imagine what dedication it must have taken to produce such an unstopable force.....

(stares in amazement as Gnome somersaults onto the ceiling)

Anonymous said...

You can't imagine. Really. One knows or doesn't. It's like a marine's training only x1000, and that's only in the first year...

Unknown said...

Astounding....a thousand times training.....what sacrifice and discipline and physical stamina......

(Ganinja levitates, five shuriken rise from the masters cloak and encircle the great figure, their polished metal glistening in the warm glow of candlelight)

oh my god! ......

Anonymous said...

That's me...

Unknown said...

(a gentle breeze swirls at ganinja's feet, soon it gathers form and elderly can just make out a vast landscape... spreading from beneath Ganinjas levitated body...)

Nirvana!!!

Anonymous said...

And the music eh?
Just like the intro from the Seven Samurais...

Unknown said...

i can't hear the music, why can't i hear the music....wait.

(takes of tinfoil hat and pulls out cottonwool ear plugs)

Ahhhhhhhh listen can you hear.....its the Seven.....oh you just said that.....

(Ganinja, opens his eyelids and the most piercing brilliant light shines from his eyes bathing the room in shimmering
flourescent rainbows......Elderly is transfixed)

Anonymous said...

...that's what happens when I use "The Sight" aka "The Blink" / "Ganinja's Stare"...

Unknown said...

the Ganinja stare..........it's out of this world.........hallucinogenically altered.......who'd have thought one gnome could achieve such mastery....

I've got goosbumps.......

Anonymous said...

I've got short legs! (being a gnome and stuff)

And let me tell you, becoming a (ga)ninja wasn't easy... The "Stare" was more of a hereditary trait.

Unknown said...

what adversity you must have overcome! being short legged and all....... the heron rising, ganinja roundhouse kick must have been a nightmare to perfect..... you probably had to get really close to your adversary....

Anonymous said...

i think u did that on urself

Unknown said...

welcome ninetails..... ganinja's talents are impressive are they not....

Anonymous said...

Despite the nightmare the back-spin & rounhouse had been to master...

Now I'm all powerful.

And quie silly at times. Even if sober.

Unknown said...

omnipotent ganinja.........humble in his magnificence......self depreciation is the true sign of the second coming......

you have, as the prophecy predicted eons ago... returned to pass Judgement on the evil ones.......

Anonymous said...

And on video game consoles too...

Unknown said...

an indeed on those errant video game consoles........the scum!

praise be Ganinja

Anonymous said...

And praised be the console god too. and little fluffy rodents...

And of course the Elderly.

Unknown said...

aye praise be the praising of all gods everywhere,

fluffy rodents don't have a god do they?
surely not.....(checks wikipedia)

Anonymous said...

They do. "Horned Rat" is the name...

Only Skaven worship him though, and they aren't as fluffy as one might believe...

(Warhammer hint)

Unknown said...

(starled by the clap of thunder when Gnome uttered the words Horned Rat)

Thanks for the hint Gnome......(ponders what book to put it in)

Skaven.....what a great name...

Anonymous said...

Had a Skaven girl (breeders they call themselves; go figure) once... nasty bitch. All murderous and stuff. Stick with gnomes I say. better then humans..

Unknown said...

breeders? now i've gone over all jealous... Skaven.... best i've managed is a moped pizza courier.....

Anonymous said...

It's only that they're kinda dangerous, kinda mean... Y' know.. being Skaven and all. The master race, servants of the horned rat...

Unknown said...

i know the type, finish first, then light up.....
