Viva Pinata The Website

Not just an upcoming game, but a brand new tv series, and you can just begin to picture the DVD special the singalong cd, comic strip, cuddly toys.......the list and the potential revenue is endless.

The characters in "Viva Pinata" are animals inspired by Latin American papier-mache figures, called pinatas, which are stuffed with candy and baubles and then broken by blindfolded, bat-wielding monsters, no sorry children.

The Saturday-morning animated "Viva Pinata" television series is set for a fall U.S. premier on FOX's 4Kids TV, the producer of television shows such as "Pokemon," "Yu-Gi-Oh!" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." Early details on the game suggest a multi-tasking environmental management sim aimed at attracting all 62 breeds of pinata to your garden and protect them from being split open. Just what happens when your seven and your favourite pinata gets topped is unclear.
