Sony Computer Entertainment Europe have launched a web site that will allow prospective PS3 3 owners to see which of their Ps2 and PS1 titles are playable on the new European PS 3 hardware model.
Owners of a European PS3 will need to install the latest firmware upgrade (1.60) to play the PS2 titles listed on the web site. The upgrade will be available at launch from midnight on 22nd March from PlayStation.com or, for those unable to access the internet, on a disc obtained from their local Customer Services.

Elderly, 'tis a fact that I owned a PS...thingy *P* before the hallowed DS!!! they are actually very nice little devices for playing Dreamcast ports...
And you can watch films on them (You know *translates* "fillums")
