Deitrix's Assassin's Creed Demo

I've seen the promised land twice in one week, first with Gnomes Alan Wake demo on a Quad core processor (I like saying Quad core) and now thanks to Deitrix (he of the Lost Lair fame)
a stunning X06 demo from hanakuso997 on Youtube. Thank you Deitrix for the tip off!

An impressive and prodigious listing timerunner.....
just where the hell do you find the time and the inspiration...... humbled I is.....

Gnome!!! really!! Of course an assasin would have a blogspace, featuring retro games, links to free NES games, monthy python videos... Game museums....stuff like that...

....?

Had to druel over this one more time....
Do you think that Gears of War will live up to all the hype its getting..?
Man, I hope it does for the 360's sake... anyway just on my mind lately- 1 month and its out, times flying boys!

Yes! though i'm a tad concerned the AI "perception" might not be fully implemented.... well as fully as their advertising..... The graphics and the authentic locatin we can bank on having seen the demo....

Not really Mr. Elderly. An assasin would rather smoke the fabled assasin's weed and practice killing than blog. I'm sure.

well i'll take that as factual.....

(whispers to gnome)

...you would know..... (wink!)

I don't smoke weed and I blog.

(answeres everyone's question)

Dietrix, you maybe correct about the overhype of Gears of War. Recall how big Halo was during the Xbox release, very little fanfare was given and it blew everyone away upon release. GoW has big shoes to fill.

As for the blog business of myself elderly, I just make the most of my multi-tasking and timing practices. Now if you excuse me I have another "job" to tend to...

True indeed Timerunner! From what I have seen it looks to be top notch... but lots can change once its hands on! I just hope it doesnt get repetitive thru the latter half of the game...? They are saying it has a very good and indepth story..? Heard that one before too! Plus it has some awesome looking visuals and I hope it can push them out with not much for hickups..?
Will be crossing my fingers till Nov. 12th...

Good news for 360 owners!!
While the PlayStation 3 and 360 versions of Assassin's Creed are virtually identical, Raymond mentioned that the 360 the team is putting a special emphasis on achievements and that the hardware also allows for improved threading, which will advance the crowd AI even further.

That came from ign...

(excitement subsides elderly removes scarf, puts whistle in trouser pocket....)

(reads timerunners contributions.... ?
has the elderly gamer become the home of silent assasins, both the blog no smoking kind and the smoking blog kind?.... elderly ponders the dilemna)

well hurry back timerunner, i'll just switch on the evening news and see what you've been up to........

(........oh gosh!!..could the Korean nuclear test, gnomes disapearance, and Timerunners quick exit have anything in common.... stay tuned for more revealing details in the next episode of)

Assasins no blog too far!!
