Congratulations to Derval O'Rourke Gold Medal Winner at the World indoor Championships in Moscow. The 24-year-old Leevale Athletics Club runner won the Women's 60 Metre Hurdles Final and set a new Irish record time for the event, becoming the first ever Irish woman to win a Gold medal in the World Championships. What a fitting reason to drown the Shamrock early.
