I guess I might even try watching the Silent Hill film... Still, danger lurks. a) it could be a combination of utter shite and total wank b) my glorius lady might get horribly horrified and not sleep for a month, thus developing a temper...
still said temper might allow you more time gaming.......
of course you could avoid it all by only letting her watch the unscary bits, which (as the elderly soon realises) would require a prescreeening on your own which (as the elderly soon realises) would defeat the whole purpose

You could have a split screen...no bad idea.
you could put up a screen, dividing the sette into the left side (where you would watch the film with pizza and your buddies) and the right side where she coudl watch with chocolate and her buddies)
or you could read the screenplay together first.....

Wish I knew... But, alas dear friend, women are quite incomprehesible beings and split-screen techs seem to be lagging here in Greece. Besides many of my "buddies" are girls too.

we've descided to change the subtitle on the DVD version of the silent hill film so gnomette won't lose sleep and develop a temper and make you suffer for it.
the subtitle we've chosen is disney's bambi.

the problem though is that early on in the bambi film, bambli's mother is shot by deer hunters.... and bambi is left.....sniff! all alone

so i suggest we would just blank that whole bit....which is really really sniff! sad!
