«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 231 of 231um yea i have the xbox 360 version and my infamy is now 100 and my fame is 15 and i have all the dieseases from zombies due to me finishing the mages guild. i have also finished the thieves guild. but now w/e i do the infamy will not go down and the fame will not go up...any help? plzzz lol
ok if anyone is looking for daedric armor ( had been and the elderly gamer tried to help me a long time ago but couldn't too much but the help he gave still helped somewhat) I only needed the helmet to complete the set when I asked and I couldn't find it anywhere. Well I found the helmet called Inqusitor's Helmet which is a daedric helm but with life detection... well that was kind of annoying when talking to people... so I did a daedric shrine quest. to get the helmet go to maelcoth shrine. he asks you a quest and the place you have to go and do what he wants there will be guards. some will be wearing most pieces of daedric. my third guard pull had a daedric helm with most other pieces. But be warned! These guys are tough! I was level 33 almost 34 when I did this and they were hard. I advise to be around that level when you go to do this quest so daedric actually drops. right i found a few things on my travels when removing sigil stone save just before and colect em to see what they are if u dont want it load the last saved game they are diffrent every time the best sowrd in the game is golbrand a dadric quest soz i dont know which one but it is good for 25+ beacause the ppl drop glass and dardic stuff
idk if my last post helped anyone it was at 535 none of my m8s new so i thought i should post it
also quick lvling up like in old post go to DB do the spell thing yeh but also complete the quests and turn dificulty right up and fight the girk when things get to hard ask her to stop and rest and keep fighting her also this can be done with lucian in his fort later in the quests

ok elderly my question is, with the book tamieriic lore it has a list and description of about 30 artifacts some of which are from the shrine quests but most are not can you tell me where to find any of these, i am especially intrested in the fists of randagulf and the dragon bone armor

HEY! me again (sorry forget my login info) anyway might remember me as borley or something like that. anyway I am having some problems with the greatest heist quest. see I had been doing it a while back but then after walking through the doors I was arrested and so I never got to finish it. I went back later and it said I needed the Imperial Guard Quarters key. well I am trying to find out where I can find this KEY! thanks for any help possible

Hi,2 weeks ago i bought the updates for oblivion on xbox 360.I can store the extra content on my hard drive, but in the game i just can't seemto open the updates( i don't recieve the questmessage "a door in niben bay")I've tried evrything, i've waited 100 hours, plus 15 days of in game time, but nothing seems to help)Can you please help me solve this problem? cuz i really wanna try out the shivering isles.

Im currently level 42 in oblivion, ive spent countless hours trying to find a glass helm (have 100 in light armor and want that 50% defense bonus:)) but have had no luck. I must of cleared out 1000 forts and caves full of glass wearing enemies. I know the drops are random, but do you know of any locations where I might have better luck finding this helm?

ok guys. try this one on for size... Okay. When I started out in Oblivion, I went on a little killing spree (as most noobs like to do when the first get their hands on a weapon) Well, I accidentially took some very importent things from the corpses of the enimies I killed-namely the boots of springhiljak. Well, when i took them, the quest note for that mission instantly poped up saying, "i have the boots of springhiljak. I should return them to the grey fox" I talked to one of my friends about it and he said I shouldn't re-load my last save, but that I should keep them and play from where i was. So i served my sentance in jail and get out and played through the game. I've focused more on side-missions than the main quest and have already beat the dark brotherhood missions, almost all of the mages guild missions, the arena missions, and the knights of nine expansion. I decided i should try to start on the thieves guild missions. So i made it very far in the missions, but when i got to the mission where you must fence 600 gold of stolen goods (it's called taking care of lex) no messenger appeared to me for a VERY long time despite staying within the imperial city. So having read the walkthrough for the misssions, I found Methredhel myself. Here's where the big problem comes in - you are supposed to meet the grey fox at Helvius Cecia's house in Bruma, right? Well he wasn't waiting there... So after a little snooping on the internet, I figured out where he was. He was at Ganredhel's House in Cheydinhal. I that doesn't sound funny then it should (the grey fox isn't supposed to show up there until the boots of springheeljak mission) Well, the funny thing was, i was still able to go through some more missions before it totally messed up. After I finished the arrow of extrication mission, about two things go wrong.
1) I am unable to use my new fence (Fathis Ules) When i find him, he is not at his home, but at some random tavern and when i talk to him he says, "our business is done!" and it wont let me talk to him.
2) My mission doesn't update. It should say something along the lines of, "i need to fence 800 gold worth of stolen items and wait for a messenger from the grey fox" but it simply says "i've fenced 700 gold worth of items. i should wait for a messenger from the grey fox" (note: i've fenced about 1100 worth of gold, that is not my problem)
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! I'M TOTALLY STUCK! I can't restart my game (i'm wayyy too far along to do that, i've played for so many hours it's worth it to me to try and figure this out) Any help would be great!

I don't know if someone answered this already (I didn't read the whole page), but getting heavy or light versions of Imperial Dragon Armor depends on which of your skills are higher-- heavy or light armor. Whichever one is higher will be the kind of armor you recieve.
To the Anon that asked about Duping items post patch you can swing your weapon and in the middle of the animation open items and double click on some scrolls (required to have atleast 2 of the same scrolls) then drop your item needing duped and Poof there is your new duped item Happy Hunting

im on the confront the king mission and have gotten down to where mannimarco should be, the green arrow is there but he is no where to be seen, everthing I have seen online says he should be right there waiting. glitch?? any help!!
heres a tip for pc and ps3 users dont know bout the xbox but you can multiply items need: 2(or more) same type scrolls , what you want to multiply click on scrolls 2 times quick only 2 otherwise wont work then go to what you want multiplied and drop say if you have 4 scrolls 1 sword you will get 4 seperate swords but say if you had 4 scrolls and 2 swords you will still get 4 swords but it looks like there are only 2 there there are many variances to this but remember this IS a glitch so if you overuse youll freeze the reason why is that some things only appear 1nce in the game and if you make too many and leave them lying about bad things happen i have used this knowledge and restarted oblivion with costom skill set which made me able to reach lvl 47 in two weeks lol, got top of dark brotherhood, mages guild, done waay over hundred quests etc another tip is get into the mages guild in imperial city asap multiply armour and grand soul gems and make chameleon 20% on 5 items if you put them on nothing can seeyou
there is a nother great tip i wish to give you can get free weightless daedric armour from scrolls or verbal spells. what you need: spell of what you want weapon or armour, 1 spell of summoning (creature), repair hammers: what to do: cast both spells attack monster and kill it make sure item gets damage then repair the item and drop it then wait until the timer for it goes out then go pick it up it is unenchanted so you can enchant it however you want. with these two tips you can get money items whatever you want so use wisely if you have any questions contact me at grim13smile@yahoo.com
