Chromehounds Hands on (xbo360)

The world has descended into brutal, perpetual war. Military empires have risen to take power by overwhelming force. The key product of this political change is a revolutionary, terrifying weapon: the HOUNDs.

Monstrous battle machines deployed to the global battlefield by every warring nation, HOUNDs have fundamentally changed the nature of warfare. Chromehounds will bring mechanized combat on an unprecedented scale to the Xbox 360. Hit Xbox Live with up to 12 others in fully customized HOUNDs, battling each other or teaming up to achieve hard-fought objectives.

First impressions suggest that while the single player mode ticks all the boxes with the graphical quality and high levels of customisation we would hope for from a next gen title, it is the online mode which should set this title apart from it's predecessors.

Due for release July 11th

Looks like this one could be fun... Neat website also! Lots of customizations you can do to your own HOUND...

You left out an X in (xbox360) at the top ;)

Lost planet might have enough mech play to keep me happy, but Chromehounds is a definite contender for the elderly must play list. So many games so little time. And if anyone discovers how to stop playing oblivion please tell me, I've now taken to riding my horse from location to location, how sad is that?

Gnome borrowed the X for his "X" marks the spot post. Quick eye though deitrix I hadn't spotted it

I have 300 hrs into Oblivion with my original character.... Good freakin' luck!
Speaking of I am actually off to exchange my 360 for a new one, Its been acting up lately. Im actually glad I spent the $40 for 2 years of warranty..!

Yes, If I can hold out till Lost Planet I think it should have plenty of meching' for me also!

reached 140hrs, same character, when will it end? (part of me hoping never). Here in Ireland, we have legislation, which allows us to return an item for free repair within a year of purchase. After that though we're knackered, so yes exteneded warranty makes alot of sense.

That would be nice, but with this store warranty I just bring my old one in and leave with a new.... Which is exactly what I did.. The new one works great!!

Oblivion will never end my friend! If there is such an end it must mean only one thing- Elder Scrolls V.

Incredible. Capcom are playing with the financials again, orelse they got it all horribly wrong. The demo was passable and I heard no distinctly negative comment about it. Strange
